Office Coordinator – Fintech

THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and outgoing office coordinator to keep our our team and our office in shipshape! In our rapidly changing business no day is the same, and the successful candidate will have every opportunity to learn and develop as we work together to grow the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Manage basic office services: set up filing system (electronic and hard copy), handle mail/telephone calls, order supplies and maintain office equipment, etc.
Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and tidy office
Assist with bookkeeping, invoice clients, pay suppliers, track expenses, receipts and process timesheets;
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and summaries, legal documents and answer general inquiries
Maintain effective administrative procedures and propose improvements
Proactively assist on any tasks required, e.g. meetings and events
Mark team birthdays and special occasions
Assist with team events
Help create an efficient, friendly,  and collaborative culture and work environment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and at least one year’s experience from an office administration role or similar
Highly organised with a ‘can-do’ attitude
A team player with exceptional communication skills
Intellectually curious and willing to learn
Basic bookkeeping skills

FURTHER INFORMATION
Regular benefits of Annual Leave, Private Health Care, Sick Leave, and Pension as per a normal PAYE arrangement. This post is full-time (37 hours/week). There is some flexibility with the suggested schedule: 09.00-17.30 Monday to Thursday, and 09.00 to 17.00 Friday, with one hour for lunch each day.

 

The role mostly requires regular on-site attendance in the London office, but there may be some opportunities for remote/flexible working. This post may involve travel to the Israel office, and/or to UK/International conferences.
