Iconic lifestyle brand, Chilly’s, are looking for a current Assistant Merchandiser or ambitious Merchandising Admin Assistant looking for their next challenge to join their growing team of talented, forward-thinking individuals.

What you’ll be working on:
- Manage the stock levels between the B2C and B2B warehouses
- Manage Amazon stocks and track shipments into Amazon warehouses
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics team to ensure the Critical Path is up-to-date with the latest information, run CP meetings giving updates on stock
- Scrupulously check the Critical Path and update the relevant teams, including flagging any issues and tracking deliveries of new SKUs
- Go-to person across Chilly’s for team stock inquiries and requests
- Check the product range for sales across their channels is up to date, liaising with channel teams to ensure any required changes are made
- Responsible for kitting and stock adjustments on Dynamics, including inputting orders for 3D printing
- Run weekly sales and stock reports, monthly order reports and other ad-hoc analysis
- Write up and send out weekly and monthly sales reports with support from Merchandiser
- Help to forecast monthly SKU level sales by channel

- Experience in a previous merchandising role or similar
- Attention to detail and ability to process large sets of information
- Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills
- Organised and methodical
- Interest in setting up and improving processes
