We are a young rapidly growing brand, known as the ‘cult’ Bag and Accessory label for style-savvy parents. We launched in 2015 and since then we have become the best-selling changing bag brand at Selfridges; collaborated with a multi-door High-street brand; and expanded worldwide into the USA, Australia and Mexico. Our bags are regularly seen on the arms of stylists, models, influencers and pop stars. Creativity and innovative thinking are the basis of our brand DNA. We regularly collaborate with artists, graphic designers and influencers on our products.
What we need:
We are recruiting for the role of a Studio / Customer Services Assistant. Whilst this is a junior role, it may also suit a parent looking to return to work part time. TIBA + MARL consists of Anna and Lydia (the co-founders), with a team of 6 guys and gals supporting them. We are looking for a proactive, fun and enthusiastic individual who will use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of the studio, and is happy to help with various ad hoc duties, and has a friendly laid-back approach. Responsibilities include: helping with customer relations and answering daily emails from customers; posting and organising samples; posting and collecting parcels; sourcing and returning clothes for fashion shoots. Creatively there is the opportunity to assist with our look book shoots (on location/ styling/ general assistance), as well as organising fabric libraries, and we always encourage creative feedback on our ranges and ideas!
We have a private office in a really cool shared work space in White City, called ‘Huckletree’. The space offers a really inspiring atmosphere filled with aspiring entrepreneurs/ brands and tech start-ups, so provides a great opportunity for networking. Huckletree hosts multiple events every week, i.e talks from well-known entrepreneurs, weekly power breakfasts, members drinks every Thursday, keep fit events etc that the candidate would be welcome to attend.
We are looking for someone for 15 hours per week, based at our office for a minimum of two mornings (Mon / Thurs) a week for around 4 hours each visit. The remaining hours can be worked from home, split over the rest of the week. We try to support flexible working where we can! Having your own laptop would be helpful but not essential. On occasion (i.e photoshoots/ press days/ events) we may ask for additional support and hours.
£10-12 per hour (circa £20,000-£25,000 per annum, pro rata) dependent on experience.
