⚒ The role
This is a hybrid role mixing your analytical, client management and project management skills in the dynamic Customer Success team as a first-rate Social Value Advisor.
You’ll be managing a growing portfolio of public and private sector clients across the UK that use the company’s platform using their online platform to measure, manage and report on social value. You will take responsibility for ensuring smooth day-to-day relationships for key accounts and the delivery of multiple client projects at any given time.
They need a hands-on, confident, and proactive person who is willing to learn, use their initiative, and has experience effectively managing the direct day-to-day relationship for key accounts.
What will you be doing?
- Client relationship management and retention
- Onboarding, management and expanding accounts for a wide range of public and private sector clients
- Supporting their online users, helping clients to get the most out of the Portal and the TOMs framework
- Reviewing high volumes of social value data and evidence measured on the Portal
- Developing client-facing reports on outcomes and achievements
- Analysing project performance and metrics
🕵️♀️ Do I fit the bill?
These are the essential requirements:
- 1+ years post-education working experience
- Customer success/ project management background with experience managing key client relationships (ideally within the tech and/or sustainability industries)
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Confidence leading client presentations and meetings
- Experience working alongside senior leadership/management
- Comfortable working with databases, data analysis, and statistics
- Master communicator – ability to explain application functionality or program in simple terms to clients
These are the nice-to-haves:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, sustainability, or STEM subjects
- Experience in customer success and relationship management
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

The key details
📍 Location: 2-3 days in the central London office, WFH remaining days!
💰 Salary: £28,000pa + 10% OTE
⏰ Working hours: 9 – 6pm
