What your role would be:
We are looking for an Account Executive. This is an opportunity to become a founding and critical member of a fast-growing startup. You will be directly responsible for the on-time delivery of our customers’ sports equipment. This is a role for an intelligent, motivated, self-starter who is looking for a job that has ample career advancement opportunities.
Your role will include:
- Scheduling bookings over the phone or via our online channels
- Actively monitoring those orders placed via SHERPR up to completion
- Liaising directly with our couriers and their customer service representatives
- Proactively liaising with different parties to ensure deliveries run smoothly
- Providing feedback to all departments in order to improve our customer experience
- Respond to customer requests via email and phone
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
- Provide direct sales through SHERPR channels online and offline
Requirements:
- Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to up-sell customers from time to time
- Fast learner and good time management
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
- Ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via telephone or email
- Excellent numerical skills and the ability to understand basic data
