Reducr exists to make cost management simple, allowing businesses to save money and enabling them to succeed. Our product is super simple, our software takes a look at a customer’s financials, identifies areas a customer could save and then tells them about it. Its free for businesses to use, we make money if they switch suppliers.
You will be joining two founders of the business who understand how to build and scale companies. One founder, on the operations side, has been involved at a senior level at two of the UKs most successful startups (carwow and Gousto), raising over $100m in VC funding in the process. The other has the technical side covered having spent the last 12 years building high-tech solutions to catch terrorists.

Having secured initial funding, we now need someone to drive more customers into the system, working out how to create a highly successful, scalable sales cycle. We sell to accountants and business owners.
You will be one of the early employees in the company and pivotal in our success.
We are looking for someone who loves the thrill of sales, will relish the challenge of working in a small team but can also think about and contribute across a range of areas.
Your role will involve building up prospecting lists, reaching out to customers and selling our solution to them. You will then work on improving and optimising the funnel, proving it works and generates positive returns.
You will experiment with different methods of selling to accountants and business owners, whether that be through trade shows, linkedin, mail shots, telesales, events or door-to-door. Once you’ve proven which channels succeed, you will have the skills to scale up the process.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they can:
Build the pipeline through structured, fanatical prospecting (telesales, door to door, social selling etc.)
Build an effective sales process and constantly refine it
Be a top performing sales person, capable of building high performing sales teams
Build a narrative around a topic and pitch it effectively to a wide audience.

Listen and interpret the conversations you are having to provide feedback to the product team
