The Partner Experience Manager is primarily responsible for owning and maintaining positive partner relationships. The Partner Experience Manager will focus on program growth and strategic thought leadership in addition to overseeing day-to-day processes, relationships and issue management for our clients.
Responsibilities of the Partner Experience Manager:
Act as Consultant to our agency partners to ensure they achieve significant value from the Movable Ink platform
Conceive, develop, and execute client-specific email marketing strategies by utilizing HTML and CSS
Translate partner business objectives into effective use of the Movable Ink platform
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
Ensure that our agency partners are delighted with our services
Co-ordinate and monitor partner training through Movable Ink University, Webinars and face to face sessions
Basic Qualifications Needed:
Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, and CSS
Experience in digital agencies, account management, or email marketing at a leading email service provider
3+ years’ experience building relationships at a senior management level
Proven experience developing email marketing plans with quantifiable impact
Proven knowledge of key email metrics and strategies that can increase engagement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience:
Team player who works well in a collaborative, start-up environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Comfortable working in a distributed team with colleagues across multiple timezones
