Bringing Digital into Business Banking
We are currently looking for an ambitious Operations Analyst. Working within our Business Change team, the role will report to our Business Change Manager.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is process driven, can step back and understand the big picture, loves to drive performance, and who is keen to be part of a fast-growing financial technology startup. You will be joining the business at a really exciting time of rapid growth and development, working alongside motivated and talented people who are passionate about what they do.
Our Business Change team are a team of two, who are at the heart of driving operational efficiency across the business. We’re a blended team of strategy, implementation and technical experts and are seeking a third team member to support the delivery of company wide programmes and projects.
Principally, you will be focussed on the borrower side of our business, working with our commercial team to establish better ways to prioritise prospects, track performance of acquisition channels and minimise touch points during the borrower onboarding journey. However, in the long-run this role will have exposure to all areas of the business.
You will develop a deep understanding of driving factors of our business, learn how to establish and improve processes and approach the key problems we are facing, and impact the way teams in our company work together. Against this background, we are seeking an individual with a healthy mix of consulting and project management skills.
Are you looking for a great way to work across all business functions and learn about the key operations in building and scaling a successful business? If so, then this position could be for you.
