We’re looking for a Software QA to join our core development team.
Interacting with our programming software, Choreograph, should be a reliable and enjoyable experience for all of our users, whether they’re old hats at programming robots, or experiencing automation for the first time via Eva. As our first line of defence in preventing software issues reaching Eva, you hate bugs, love quality and you’re an excellent and proactive communicator.
We are looking for a junior member of the team who can learn quickly, improve our QA process.
What will you be doing?
Running our integration tests: Eva has a lot of features and functionality. Changing one part of the stack can break another, you will be making sure all the parts of the software and hardware are working in harmony as our users expect
Triaging issues: When problems do arise, you will need to work with the relevant teams to get the issues identified and fixed
What will you bring to the role?
Working knowledge of python, bash, and other forms of scripting
An understanding of modern software development principles
The ability to learn and apply new languages, tools and frameworks
Experience with CI/CD technologies
